We will ship your order upon processing. Most in-stock items are shipped the same business day, however please allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping of in-stock items. Truck freight or special order items (e.g., Power Pillars) require additional shipping lead time for delivery.

Standard Delivery:

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service except where otherwise noted. Orders can not be shipped to a P.O. Box. Our shipping chart refers to standard ground shipping only. Call us directly at 1-888-437-4445 (toll-free) or 1-410-437-4445 (local) for shipping information on all items sent to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and truck freight items. Due to UPS regulations, oversized packages may require extra shipping costs.

Express Delivery:

If you require Express Delivery, please call us at 1-888-437-4445 (toll-free) or 1-410-437-4445 (local) to arrange for Express Delivery of your order.

International Delivery:

We do ship internationally, however our online store is not equiped at this time to accept international orders. If you require international shipping, please call us at 1-410-437-4445 to place your order and for additional shipping information.


J.B. Machine & Marine will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of shipping (no returns are accepted after 30 days - orders are final after 30 days).

If it is not a manufacturer defect, damaged in shipping, wrong product, or a mistake as a result of our bad or wrong product information, then the customer is responsible for shipping a return item back. Products must be damage free and packaged in the original packaging with all paper work such as assembly instructions etc. (if applicable).

Please contact us before returning any items so we can expedite the refund process and give you the appropriate return address.

If you paid by credit card, we will issue a refund back to your card once the product is returned.

Please note a 15% restocking fee may apply and will be determined upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

If you receive an item that has manufacturer defects or was damaged in shipping, then a Call Tag or other arrangements will be made with a carrier to pick the item up. J.B. Machine & Marine will have replacements shipped at our expense. If you decide to cancel the order all together, we will issue a refund for the order in full including original shipping costs.

If you receive an order and simply wish to return it because you don't want or need it anymore (having not used or installed the product and the order is in resale condition with original packaging), then you are responsible for shipping it back and we will issue a refund for the order in less shipping costs and any restocking fees that may apply.

Please be certain to obtain tracking services when returning a product(s), in case of loss or theft, we need to know you attempted to return the item in order to give you credit.

For an item to be returnable, it must be free of major scratches, rips, nails or screws holes and be in resale condition.
